(Winter opening hours of our office, from October to May, is: every day, Sunday included, from 9 o'clock a.m. to 12,30 a.m., and from 3,30 p.m. to 7 o'clock p.m..

Orario estivo:Tutti i giorni compreso la domenica dalle ore 9 alle ore 12,30e dalle ore 16 alle ore 20.

Premessa: Può capitare che nella stessa giornata venga affittato un immobile, ma che lo stesso risulti ancora disponibile "On line" per il periodo che interessa, questo può succedere poiché è mancato il tempo materiale per aggiornarlo. 

Importante: Per quanto riguarda le locazioni estive, cioè da Maggio a Settembre, la provvigione sarà del 5% più IVA da sommare al prezzo, i consumi di Enel, Gas e Acqua sono compresi nel canone d'affitto.

Remark: it could happen that an estate has been let, but it would be still available "on line". It can depend on a delay in the site update. 

Importat:As far as the summery leases, that is from May to September, the Commission will be of 6% to add to the price,  charges for electric energy, gas and water consumption.
